Why NAK ?...
NAK is an alloy, of Potassium (K), and sodium (Na) usually liquid at room temperature. NAK is highly reactive with water and may catch fire when exposed to air. NAK must therefore be handled with special precautions. Quantities as small as one gram can be a fire or explosion risk.
